Should Israel expand building in Israeli settlements in Judea and Samaria (the West Bank)?

Source only

Religious Zionism leader Bezalel Smotrich, as Minister of Finance, welcomed road funding for new communities in Judea and Samaria. He says the government approved dozens of new communities and that the decision ensures they will be built.

Since the start of the term we have been leading a revolution in Judea and Samaria with the approval of dozens of new communities. This decision ensures the communities will not stay on paper but will be built on the ground.

Should Israel apply its sovereignty to parts of Judea and Samaria (the West Bank)?

Source only

Religious Zionism MKs proposed applying Israeli law and sovereignty to the settlement areas of Judea and Samaria.

It is proposed that the State of Israel apply its laws and sovereignty to the areas of settlement in Judea and Samaria, in order to fix the status of these areas as an inseparable part of the sovereign State of Israel.

When a court rules that a law conflicts with a Basic Law, who should have the final say?

Source only

Religious Zionism MK Simcha Rothman proposed letting the Knesset include in any law an overriding provision that applies notwithstanding the Basic Laws.

Therefore, it is proposed that Knesset members may include in any law an overriding provision under which the law applies notwithstanding the provisions of the Basic Laws.

Should Israel limit humanitarian aid entering Gaza?

Source only

Religious Zionism MK Zvi Sukkot proposed banning the supply of electricity, water, communications and fuel to an entity controlled by Hamas.

In light of this, and given the folly of the matter, the bill seeks to restore common sense and prohibit the supply of electricity, water, means of communication and fuel to an entity that seeks to destroy the State of Israel.

Should the Palestinian Authority have a role in running Gaza after the war?

Source only

Religious Zionism chairman Bezalel Smotrich presented a plan in which Gaza’s territory is reduced and annexed to Israel.

Hamas militarily defeated, economically cut off and isolated from the population, the Gaza Strip’s territory reduced and annexed to Israel, and Gaza’s gates opened to the emigration of Gazans.

The claim is that dozens of new communities in Judea and Samaria were approved during the term. Security-cabinet decision B/243 of March 25, 2026 orders the establishment of 32 new communities and regularizes the status of two more. That is an approval decision; it does not show that the communities have been built.
